Vesna Spadafora
Vesna brings 26 years of hospital and community pharmacy experience to REEL Outline. Throughout her career, she has helped develop educational tools for patients, and she has completed a variety of professional development courses to help expand her scope of practice. Vesna’s passion for continuous learning inspired her to develop REEL Outline. As President, CEO and Founder, Vesna is committed to delivering a more effective and engaging patient education experience into the world of healthcare, while at the same time providing tools to assist pharmacists in performing clinical services.

Genni Lipari
Vice President of Continuous Improvement for Clinical and
Patient Services, Education
Genni graduated in 2014 with a Doctor of Pharmacy (“PharmD”) degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Since then, she has been working in the community practice setting for both independent and chain pharmacies. This experience has given Genni a great perspective on the development of REEL Outline. Genni is passionate about direct patient care services and empowering patients through knowledge and education. She looks forward to what the future of pharmacy has in store for her.
Chantelle Klundert
Vice President of Consumer Health, Clinical Innovation for Pharmacy Technicians
Chantelle Klundert is an accredited pharmacy technician registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Chantelle has divided her career across several hospital environments, including Windsor Regional and Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospitals, where she has contributed to several specialty teams including IV and Outpatient Care. Trained in IV sterile preparations and medication reconciliation, Chantelle is integral to several day-to-day operations within the hospitals in which she works.
Dorothy Lan
Dorothy brings over 15 years’ experience working within the long-term care and retirement sectors. She is always ready to make educationally effective changes to her patient care approach and is constantly designing ideas in using a holistic approach to patient education. Dorothy shares her passion for senior care with the REEL Outline team.
Marie Campagna
Chief Financial Officer, Business Advisor
With over 40 years of progressive experience in the public and private sectors, Marie Campagna has driven a strong track record of results, execution excellence, and improved operational efficiency while supporting patient care/client needs and the values of the organization. Her career has been rooted in finance and operational support and spanned many sectors including healthcare, automotive, logistics and pharmaceuticals.
Christine Donaldson
Christine Donaldson Vice President, Pharmacy HealthPRO Procurement Services, Inc. Christine principals HealthPRO’s Pharmacy portfolio, leading the procurement of pharmaceuticals on behalf of more than 1,300 hospitals across the country. In this role, Christine works collaboratively with members, suppliers, industry associations and all levels of government to spearhead strategic initiatives designed to maximize savings and promote assurance of supply and patient safety.
Victoria Columbus
Victoria has been a licensed Pharmacist for over 25 years; she has spent a majority of that time in Managed Healthcare in Michigan, serving the needs of the Medicaid and Medicare populations. Having worked for several large corporations, including CVS Caremark, Victoria led teams in Client, Account and Clinical Services combining Strategic Planning and Growth with Clinical expertise.
Neda Debassige Toeg
Neda Debassige Toeg is a Treaty Status Ojibwa from M’Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island Ontario. Neda brings 19 years of experience as a Pharmacist in community practice, along with leadership and organizational abilities and involvement with many types of research projects.
Her ultimate goal has always been to play a key role in the health and wellness of Canada’s Indigenous people. She has is known to many as national role model for Indigenous youth aspiring towards a future in the medical fields especially Pharmacy.
Neda is the president and founder of Aboriginal Pharmacists Association of Canada (APAC).
Recently relocating to her community in northern Ontario, M’Chigeeng First Nations on Manitoulin Island,
Neda working to establish Sweetgrass Pharmacy & Compounding (SG Rx) the premier Indigenously owned and operated pharmacy on a reservation in Canadian History.
Rita Winn
Rita Winn is a Director of Lovell Drugs Ltd. where she is always enthusiastic to pilot new technologies, products and programs to help advance the role of the community Pharmacist, and to share this information with others. Rita has been a tireless advocate for the pharmacy profession for over 30 years and brings this passion with her to the REEL Outline team.
Jesse Ziter
Jesse is a university instructor, communications specialist, and freelance writer and editor. He currently teaches Technical Communications at the University of Windsor as a Lecturer cross-appointed to the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and the Department of Communication, Media and Film. Jesse, who has ten years’ experience in professional copywriting and editing, was previously the Copy Chief at a boutique advertising agency and publishing firm. He has also worked in communications in various administrative capacities at University of Windsor.
