Linda D’Aloisio
Vice President, External Affairs and Operations
Linda brings both heart and strategic insight to her role as Vice President of External Affairs and Operations. She works closely with partners, stakeholders, and the R.E.E.L. team to build strong relationships, support day-to-day operations, and help guide the company’s continued growth.
Dorothy Pardalis
Vice President of Development for Pharmacy Clinical Services, Solutions
Dorothy graduated in June 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. Dorothy currently works as a community pharmacist, specializing in patient-focused services such as smoking cessation, disease state management and medication reviews.
Chantelle Klundert
Vice President of Consumer Health, Clinical Innovation for Pharmacy Technicians
Chantelle Klundert is an accredited pharmacy technician registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Chantelle has divided her career across several hospital environments, including Windsor Regional and Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospitals, where she has contributed to several specialty teams including IV and Outpatient Care. Trained in IV sterile preparations and medication reconciliation, Chantelle is integral to several day-to-day operations within the hospitals in which she works.
Dorothy Lan
Director of Geriatric, Pharmacy Clinical Services, Education
Dorothy graduated in 2000 from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. She is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist and works with long-term care and retirement community partners in her role as a consultant pharmacist with CareRx. Dorothy has dedicated herself to this field for the last 17 years.

Clinical Lead, Pharmacy Innovation
Alexa Spadafora is a recent Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Passionate about patient-centered care, health promotion, and continuous learning, Alexa is dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving better health outcomes through accessible, thoughtful, and evidence-informed care.

Rita Winn is a Director of Lovell Drugs Ltd. where she was the previous General Manager and COO for over 22 years prior to her retirement. In her role at Lovell Drugs, Rita is always enthusiastic to pilot new technologies, products and programs to help advance the role of the community Pharmacist and to share this information with others.
